2012 LOBO 5 SPINDLE POCKET SCREW MACHINE You can adjust just about everything on this machine. The back fence has 6″ of travel and features one flip stop. Directly in front of the  fence sits 4 pneumatic holds downs with more than enough travel to position them where you need them. The machines features 5 spindles that can be positioned as little as 3-5/8″ from center to center away from one another or up to a hair over 48″ on the outside centers. The belt driven spindles are driven by a 4 hp 230/460V/3 Phase motor. Since they are belt driven the spindles can be spaced anywhere with in the 4′ of travel that you need them to be. The two aluminum material center supports are adjustable as well. The spindles have Jacobs chucks which allow you to use different diameter tooling. The machine is foot pedal controlled and semi-automatic. The machine uses a pneumatic piston with a hydraulic back pressure cushion to allow you to precisely control boring speed to avoid tare out.
