It features Four 7.5 kW (10 hp) spindles with 50 mm x 420 mm spindles with vertical & horizontal motorized positioning and 1,000 memory presets. All four spindles feature forward and reverse and the 420mm or 16-17/32" long spindle will allow for stacked tooling. In addition to these features heads 3 & 4 are jumps ! Dual chain tracks one inboard fixed 4-1/2"W with pop-up dogs every 16" and one outside w/motorized adjustment, 3" wide with pop-up dogs every 16". Motorized fence with electronic digital read-out for sizing of product. Also included is a full Oertli tooling package consisting of 29 heads (pictures of profiles provided in gallery at bottom of this page)and a plethora of inserts.
