CNC Plasma Router Kits Mill 4x4 Ball Screw Rails & Carriages Milling

More details

The “2 in 1” CNC shop table! This CNC shop table has two center supports that can be adjusted allowing it to convert into a precise milling machine or a plasma cutting machine. We like this table for things we are working with that need more travel than the Z axis can move. We have it setup with out center supports so we can mill out items like boxes that are 12" high on sides. The out bond screws on the Y axis and no cross member moving lets use place large items in table. If you want to use the table to do milling, the two center supports can be adjusted so that the top of them are flush with the top of the base sides (as pictured). This machine can perform precise milling on all areas of its table. It’s designed with 25mm rails and carriages and 20mm ball screws on both its X and Y axis’ which makes the machine ridged and allows for a more accurate cut; and because it was designed with quality rails & carriages, the axis’ will hold securely under a load. This machine is perfect to use as a plasma cutter too. It’s made so that the two 20mm ball screws on the X axis are on the outside edges of the table which will protect the ball screws from possible slag falling into them. If you want to use the table to do plasma cutting, the two center  supports can be turned over and adjusted so that the bottom of them are flush with the bottom of the base sides. Lowering the center supports in this way, allows room to install and support a water tub for plasma cutting. The quality parts and design of this table will allow you better precision cuts than many other plasma tables that use cold rolled steel, skate bearings, and a motor that is held by a spring. Yes, this machine has high quality parts, but it helps in making a better cut. Workspace that can accommodate 56” X 56”. This “2 in 1” CNC shop table machine is being priced as a kit. The kit includes: the Z axis (which comes fully assembled), all the supported rods (which will be bolted in place), one controller, one power supply, four 280oz steppers, and one cable used from computer to controller. Plus, your choice of (depending on what you’re using the machine for): a router mount, a spindle mount, or a plasma mount. NOTE: To have a complete operating machine, not included in this kit, you will need: a computer, your choice of compatible software (most people use Mach3 which usually costs $165.00), and (depending on what you’re using the machine for): a router (which usually costs $100.00), a spindle, or a plasma unit.
