First, with every machine, there is lifetime free support. Technicians would deliver on-site service such as helping buyer install and run the machines free of charge (buyer would pay for air fare and lodging cost, only full size commercial machines are qualify for free on-site service). All parts and workmanships are guaranteed per the contract agreement (excluding consumable parts, accessories, and replacement parts such as laser tubes). The warranty is for one year and includes defective parts or equipment, given the defects is not caused by human errors. The limited warranty only covers the cost of parts, excluding the cost of transportation or other charges.Our company provides customers with peace of mind before, during, and after payments are made in knowing we will offer the best support no matter what happens with the machines.
