  Technical Specifications: Applications Description of Operation The machine consists of a frame in hot pickled and stove enameled section, which contains all the components At a suitable fixed height, there is a rubber faced belt, projecting from the entry and exit ends, and designed to support and convey the workpieces. The belt speed is continuously adjustable. Into the machine there is a support for “disk-brushes” (9 on QRC 1300). These brushes have two joinable movements: a brush rotation on vertical axis and a horizontal vibration of brush support. The rotation speed of the brushes is continuously variable by means of an inverter. The work chamber has dust extraction ducts in the top plate; these ducts must be connected by the USER to an external, centralized or dedicated extraction system. The frame side cladding consists of fixed sheet metal panels and interlocked opening doors. The workpiece entry and exit openings are screened by windows, with a row of brushes along the bottom edge.
