TANNEWITZ XJ 18″ TABLE SAW W/52″ FENCE The best way to describe this saw is a brute. It will easily accommodate an 18″ blade (can’t lower 100% with an 18″ as it will hit the bottom of the dust chute) With an 18″ blade you can get a 4-1/2″ depth of cut. 5 HP direct drive 230/460V 3,600 RPM Fan cooled motor, 1-1/8″ right tilting arbor  with a 1-piece main table, table size 42″ wide x 44-1/2″ deep (not including side table) Motor was rewound including new bearings on 9/22/2006 by Dreisilker. Base formed from hot-rolled steel of 5/16″ thickness & welded into (1) solid unit; 10″ dia. hand wheels for easy adjustment of tilting, raising & lowering of arbor. Miter gauge is not serial number matching but we were able to hand lap it and it fits very tight and will run in both slots.
